Product Overview

Tolerance of SKD11 pelletizing progressive die carbide/DIN9861 stainless steel round punch is +/-0.005mm.

Punch pin is made from the finest grade hotwork die steel. The surface could be ion nitride coated and the core of vacuumed pin could be hardened as per customer requirements. Our coating is done in a proprietary process that produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. The high surface finish reduces friction and increases pin service life. We can achieve 0.005mm tolerance upon request.
