After oil quenching and hardening, the tip hardness of the quenching heat treatment can reach Hv590-800. Then the low temperature tempering treatment is carried out.
• Grinding processing: The punching pin is clamped on the spring collet of the machine tool, and the grinding forming process is separately performed according to the angular requirements of the various needle bases of the punching pin.
