Our strength lies in cooling processing. We have more than 3 gun drills in our factory and produce over 1,000 cooling core pins per month. Every item is certified to ensure quality and concentricity within 0.2mm T.I.R. We use gun drill machines that utilize only SR-drills and have special grinding machines for gun drill maintenance, which is essential for accurate regrinding. We can produce Ø3×L=600mm holes with excellent finish, concentricity, and surface quality using SR-drills.
