Standard B Type SKD61 Material CNC Sprue Bush
Sprue bush is a flow path component that allows molten plastic material to be injected from the nozzle of the injection molding machine into the interior of the mold. The bolt-type nozzle is fixed by two bolts to prevent the nozzle from falling off due to injection pressure.
Common sprue bush models include A type, B type, C type, D type, and E type, with A, B, and C being the most commonly used. Made from SKD61 hot work die steel, these nozzles feature heat-resistant and wear-resistant properties. The feed port is typically designed with an R arc angle to prevent plastic material leakage.
