Standard mold part screw nylon resin locking component for plastic injection molding parts lock making. This component adjusts friction between template and nylon sleeve through locking taper bolt.

• Special nylon material with excellent abrasion resistance and heat resistance
• Heat resistant temperature: 150℃ (recommended operating temperature below 80℃)
• Reduces durability when used with continuous locking stress above recommended temperature

• Embed nylon sleeve in template of moving die approximately 3mm
• Implement rough finishing on inner surface of template mouth
• Avoid chamfer C implementation as it reduces durability
• Installation aperture tolerance basis: JIS H7 standard
