2023 SUS420 Replaceable Core Date Stamp for Injection Mold
Replaceable Core Mold Date Inserts are specially designed for plastic injection molds. Featuring a unique indexable, snap-in arrow alignment system, these inserts maintain the inner insert flush for three full rotations.

Technical Details: Numerals are 0.2mm deep, arrow is 0.4mm deep. Arrow functions as adjustment slot. Maximum operating temperature is 150°C (300°F).
Installation & Machining: Press-fit installation required. Maintain close tolerance press fit (approximately 0.005mm/.0002″). Too loose could allow insert movement, while too tight might prevent inner insert rotation.
