Our thread mold core pins with gear are engineered for plastic caps and closures with detailed threads that cannot be ejected using conventional bump-off methods. These precision components enable the production of high-quality automatic unscrewing cap molds with optimized cooling systems, significantly increasing productivity and reducing cycle times.

The unscrewing ejection process begins when plastic is injected into the mold. After cooling, the threaded core unscrews using a rack and pinion mechanism powered by a hydraulic cylinder. Once fully unscrewed, the ejector system activates a stripper plate to efficiently eject the finished cap.
