Misumi Standard DC53 Mold Parts Heated Die Casting Sprue Bush Mould for 3D Printing Cooling
We offer several types of sprue bushings including "A" series, "B" series, "U" series, "UV" series, "LN" series, "AR" series, "UR" series, "L" series and high performance sprue bushings. All standard bushings feature a base hardness of 43-45HRc, while the "LN" series includes additional surface treatment achieving approximately 60-62HRc surface hardness. High performance gate bushings are constructed from copper alloy with hardened 420 stainless steel inserts.
Our "PSB" performance sprue bushings are direct replacements for existing Mugang "B" series sprue bushings, and "PSU" type high performance sprue bushings serve as drop-in replacements for existing DME "U" series sprue bushings.
