Our Z51 HASCO Sprue Bushing Injection Mold Components Nozzle Tips are manufactured from hot working die steel SKD61, offering exceptional heat and wear resistance properties.
To prevent plastic material leakage, the feed throat is designed with a chamfer R. The spherical radius (SR) of the mold sprue should be 1-2mm larger than the SR of the injection nozzle. Please consult your injection machine specifications for the appropriate nozzle SR dimensions.
