  1. Drawing & Cutting: Raw materials are drawn to desired diameter and cut into rod-shaped punching pin blanks.
  2. Heat Treatment: Blanks are straightened and heated to 800-1300°C for 2-5 minutes, followed by oil quenching and tempering to achieve Hv590-800 hardness.
  3. Grinding Processing: Precision grinding according to angular requirements using machine tools with spring collets.
  4. Polishing: Surface cleaning to remove oil, rust, and contaminants.
  5. Inspection & Storage: Comprehensive quality inspection before packaging and warehousing.
