Manufacturing Process
  1. Drawing & Cutting
    Raw materials are drawn to desired diameter sizes using wire drawing machines, then cut into rod-shaped punching pin blanks of fixed lengths.
  2. Heat Treatment
    Blanks are straightened on a straightening platform with dial gauge measurement, then heated to 800-1300°C for 2-5 minutes in high-frequency electric or salt bath furnaces. Oil quenching achieves tip hardness of Hv590-800, followed by low-temperature tempering.
  3. Grinding Processing
    Punching pins are clamped on machine tool spring collets, with grinding forming processes performed according to specific angular requirements for various needle bases.
  4. Polishing
    Surface cleaning removes oil, rust, and other contaminants to ensure optimal surface quality.
  5. Inspection & Storage
    Comprehensive quality inspection against required specifications, with qualified products packaged and stored in warehouse facilities.
