Manufacturing Process
1. Drawing & Cutting
Certified raw materials are drawn to precise diameter specifications and cut into rod-shaped punch pin blanks of fixed lengths.
2. Heat Treatment
Blanks are straightened using dial gauge precision, then heat-treated at 800-1300°C for 2-5 minutes. Oil quenching achieves tip hardness of Hv590-800, followed by low-temperature tempering.
3. Grinding Processing
Punch pins are secured in machine tool spring collets and precision-ground according to specific angular requirements for each needle base configuration.
4. Polishing
Surface cleaning removes oil, rust, and contaminants to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
5. Inspection & Storage
Rigorous quality control ensures all components meet specified indexes before packaging and warehousing.
