Non-Standard S45C Steel Locating Ring For Plastic Injection Mould Component

A positioning component and a location ring thereof can be assembled on a fixing portion of a component, so that the component has a pre-assembled state. The positioning component comprises a fixing pin and a positioning ring; and the fixing pin is formed with a threaded section at one end.

An annular groove is formed adjacent to the threaded portion, and the fixing pin is sleeved with a spring; the inner edge of the positioning ring is formed with a plurality of positioning claws, and the plurality of positioning claws are arranged around a hollow sleeve portion. The supporting claws protrude downward along the circumference of the positioning ring; the fixing pin sleeves over the spring, and the threaded section passes through the fixing portion of the member, and the positioning ring is sleeved on the fixing pin by the sleeve portion.

The fixing portion is sandwiched between the spring and the positioning ring, and the positioning claw is placed in the annular groove of the fixing pin so that the fixing pin cannot be separated from the fixing portion, and the clamping jaw is clamped to the periphery of the fixing portion. This design can position the two separating members in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction, thereby avoiding improper relative movement of the two members.
