SKD61 Customized Mold Core Pins are precision components used in plastic injection molding and die casting dies. These fixed elements create voids to achieve desired shapes in molded or cast parts. Core pins are often machined as separate elements and added to the A-side or B-side of molds as needed. Steel core pins are particularly valuable in aluminum molds for creating tall, thin cores that would be too fragile if machined directly from the bulk aluminum.
