Round shape core pins are precision die-casting components primarily used for threaded bottom holes and pin bottom holes in metal die casting moulds. Manufactured using Japan-imported materials and heat treatment equipment, these core pins can be custom-produced according to client specifications and technical drawings.

Our manufacturing strength lies in advanced cooling processing capabilities. With over 3 gun drills in our facility, we produce more than 1000 cooling core pins monthly. Each item is certified for quality and concentricity within 0.2mm T.I.R. We utilize specialized gun drill machines with SR-drill technology and maintain dedicated grinding equipment for precise regrinding operations. Our current capabilities include producing Ø3×L=600mm holes with excellent finish and concentricity through SR-drill technology.
