The flat ejector pin is a plastic mold accessory used in plastic molds. Also called the flat pin, it is primarily used for the ejection of ribs in plastic products and long glue positions. When dome needles cannot be placed, flat ejector pins are the preferred solution.

Made from SKH51 high-speed steel with hardness reaching 58-60HRC, these ejector pins feature a beautiful metallic luster and superior durability compared to sleeves.

Ejector pins are sprayed with rust inhibitor during production to prevent corrosion. For molds left unused for extended periods, additional rust protection is recommended. Nitriding treatment provides excellent wear resistance, and the durable hot work die steel withstands temperatures exceeding 1200°C.
