For die casting mold parts, we use imported steel materials including 1.2344, 8407, and DAC, which offer excellent yield and tensile properties, superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. Our unique surface treatment technology significantly extends product lifespan. We utilize world-class testing equipment to ensure strict quality control standards.

Our specialty is cooling processing technology. With over 3 gun drills in our facility, we produce more than 1000 cooling core pins monthly. Each item is certified for quality with concentricity maintained within 0.2mm T.I.R. We employ SR-drill gun drill machines and specialized grinding equipment for precise regrinding. Currently, we can achieve Ø3×L=600mm holes with excellent finish and concentricity using SR-drill technology.
