We can achieve tolerances as tight as 0.0002" upon request.

Our products utilize imported materials, offering excellent rust resistance and superior polishing performance. We currently manufacture up to 96-cavity mold parts for hot/cold runner bottle preform molds. All components are processed using imported CNC, OD grinders, and ID grinders to ensure uniform height, consistency, and interchangeability.
