Mold locating blocks, also known as block locking, square locating blocks, or chain/auxiliary fine positioning components, are installed on the side surface of molds. They feature easy loading and unloading capabilities, with mounting holes on the template that machine easily. Ideal for connectors, electronic components, and other applications requiring precision positioning.
Important Note
Maintain minimal spacers clearance to avoid clamping collisions. When used with precision guide pillars and square-shaped spacers, ensure the clearance between the punch and block is minimized. Please keep this in mind during processing and arrangement.
