Male and Female Square Side Locating Block for Plastic Mould Parts
Mould locating blocks, also known as block locking or square locating chains, provide auxiliary and fine positioning for plastic moulds. Installed on the side surface of the mold, they offer easy loading and unloading with conveniently machined mounting holes on the template. Ideal for connectors, electronic components, and other applications requiring precision positioning.
Important Note: Maintain minimal spacers clearance to prevent clamping collisions. Use with precision guide pillars and ensure square-shaped spacers clearance between punch and block is minimized during processing and arrangement.
