We are capable of manufacturing up to 96-cavity mold parts for both hot runner and cold runner bottle preform molds. All components are processed using imported CNC machines, OD grinders, and ID grinders, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, consistent height, excellent interchangeability, and stable long-term performance.
For special application requirements, TiN and DLC surface coatings are available to improve wear resistance and extend the service life of the parts.
