Introduction Of Mold Core Plate:

 

It consists of a mold core plate and a cavity plate; the temperature control channels are present in both of the back up plates, mold core plates and cavity plate. it also consist of support pillars ejectors, sprue bush, sprue pulled, and a gate

 

The mold cavity and mold core plate are each mounted to the mold base. the mold base is fixed to the platens inside the injection molding machine. the front half of the mold base consists of a support plate, to which the mold cavity is attached, the sprue bushing, into which the material flows from the nozzle and a locating ring to align the mold base with the nozzle

 

The rear half of the mold base consists of the ejection system attached to the mold core plate and a support plate. As mentioned earlier, the ejector bar actuates the ejection system when the clamping unit separates the mold halves. Inside the ejector box, the ejector bar pushes the ejector plate forward

 

The ejector box subsequently pushes the ejector pins into the molded part. the ejector pins push the cooled or solidified part out of the open mold cavity

Step 7: Mold parts processing, production

Step 9: You confirm whether the product is qualified, and adjust the mold for the problematic part until it meets the requirements of the drawing

Step 10: Pay in full.
